Retired sim still playable

I can’t get rid of my retired sim. She is still playable but is an elder. I want her to move out so I can have more kids. Please help!

That may as well be a bug. Not all Silver-Gray haired Sims are elders. I had customized my Sims of that color once, I stopped because I dont want them looking like elders.
