Have you ever been fighting against someone, looking at your abilities, waiting for your shield, your time snare or whatever which are close to be used again but you don't know exactly when? Well, happened to me a lot during my 2 years of playing this game. Just show the seconds left for an ability to get off cooldown and that'll be a little detail that helps PVP.
Also, you don't get frustrated when you press the ability button to use as soon as it gets of cooldown but for some reason you can't! You have to wait the cooldown and then trigger the ability taking you 0.5s maybe to react. Just let me press the button and as soon as it's ready, trigger it.
