Hey all, it is possible to pack the same item twice and it is not something which we can help with anyway. We are unable to replace the item with another or grant you content in place of it.

+1 Exact same thing happened to me. EA should really give everyone this happened to a new chance to open the pack!

Hey @AmmarO1 dupes can happen in FIFA and as such, there is nothing we can do to change the item you got.

I'm not sure what the issues is @srikanthsteyn. Did you get the item twice or just want to pass on the feedback that you would like to see other items in the TOTS SBC?

Sorry to say @EllAnders97 but dupes can occur in FIFA and there is nothing we can do to change the item you received.
