Progress not loading

I reinstalled my game on my iPad today. It gives me the option to choose the new game or my game from level 26 saved on the cloud. I pick that one and nothing happens. I’ve tried everything. Please help! Thanks.

@cutebug there were some issues with the EA servers/connections, that might be the reason you're not able to restore from that cloud. The services are coming back slowly, so you could give it another try.

@cutebug that happened to me too on monday and i thought it was just me. But, i couldn't get on EA HQ either. It's already fixed now.

It was gone, but I was able to have EA recover it for me.
