I was on level ten up until this morning. Logged in this morning and it's back at create a sim. Where are my originals and I just lost all the purchases I made last night. I'm am so pissed. I even had my account hooked up to my facebook account andbI still can't recover anything

Is it working today? If not, th best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
