Problems in the Redeem of a code

So i bought Battlefiled from Instant Gaming but when i used the code it showned something like this:

But in my library:

I tried agai and it happens again the code is accepted but in the its just a blank and nothing in my library
I tried on EA site and the code was already used, impossible because i dont have the game
I need help!!!

You will need to get in touch with the retailer from where you purchased this key.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you with this issue.
