Please help, I lost all of my players

Hello, I recently did a squad building challenge, and had no idea that it would take away all of my players once I submitted it. I had a lot of time and work put into my ultimate team unto this point, I lost some very expensive players, can someone please help me with this? I really really would love to get those players back

Unfortunately, once you submit the items to a SBC it is not possible to get them back.
