Playoff solo challenges (HUT)

Tonight there will be game 3's of some playoff series', we were promised solo challenges after every game to collect team specific playoff collectables. There is still 20+ hours left on challenges made for the second night of game 1's (3 days after the games concluded) because of this I, and possibly many others, will not be able to complete any sets for the playoff team specific cards

I got the challenges for 4/12, the second night of the playoffs, and that's it. I've contacted EA help and they seem to have no idea or suggestions to fix the issue. It's very frustrating.

Because of that 1 miss 1 collectible from Washington, and why did ya removed the lower over all players so soon
I got 15 collectibles and get nothing for that?
