Player Equipment. Just Curious

I was wondering if it's even possible to add certain player equipment in the game. I know the NFL has a " dress code ". But I see in a lot of games players wear , lose shirts , turtle necks , ski mask when its really cold , just stuff like that. Would it even be possible to add it in the game or does that break the NFL policies? If you can add it , is there a possibility it would be added in madden 20?
