Place new generals on GDI and NOD

Place a new general that deploys hologram random unit, chameo can be called, hologram with the 25 seconds life, and deploys any random unit on GDI. Costs 45 tiberium. Place the general called GDI mechanical engeneer. It is like a decoy or a fake bate. Good to attract the missiles and divert enemy attacks.

 

Place NOD cientist general that deploys shield with the duration of 25 seconds and it desapears if it is attacked by ion cannon. It can be a good offensive agains ion cannon.

Shield costs 85 tiberium points. Only affects and protects ground units.

 

All players need always a good conter offensive agains ion cannon and other special attacks

I would like to see all the generals have a GDI/Nod counterpart. One has an offensive structure, another has a support unit, another has a support power and so on.

That is the questiob. Can ocupy or simply desapears at 25 or 30 seconds?

Does it makes any damage as a decoy or bate unite to divert attacks?

Basically all the rules follow. I just want GDI to have what Nod has and vice versa. If a unit has the counterpart for GDI, they also must have one for Nod. I mean scarabs for example, what is the closest unit GDI has that acts like it?
