Petition to extend the leagues

Hello!

Is there a possibility to start a petition to have different leagues based on the players quality? Like having a bronze league where only teams with bronze players allowed. And having silver league (bronze+silver players), gold (without rares) and let's say platinum league (where everything is allowed).

And simply having more divisions as I think lot of players are out there who always face a far more skilled opponent 8-9 times out of 10 matches.
