POTM Aguero SBC

So I logged on to my FUT web app one day with my Player of the month Van Dijk just sat in my squad, I log in a day later and he is gone, I 1000000% never put him into an SBC or accidentally quick sold him. This was two months ago, I have tried to get hold of EA but they just haven't helped. I have photos on my twitter with the POTM in my squad! I just really rather need my 500k back or need my Van Dijk because i am just SOOOO pissed off!!
