No battlepacks for logging in yesterday?

As I understood it, all you needed to do yesterday to get a superior battlepacks was to log in. I did that but nothing showed. I tried joining a server and shooting a couple of guys and still nothing. Was there something else I was meant to have done?

Hey everyone,

apologies for the wait, but as some of you already noticed, the battlepacks should have found their way down your chimneys and into your games. As mentioned before, I keep you updated, but usually only confirm those things once their happened - since the grants can take some time, one player might receive the items before another, so this is to avoid any confusion.

It is a known issue. A lot of players didn't receive it yesterday. We just have to wait.

I actually planned on keeping all of the Battlepacks to myself, but since too many players noticed it was missing, I passed on that information - I'll keep you posted!

Where is it?

It says "Login between the above dates (In-game DEC 29 - JAN 1) and start the year with a bonus Superior Battlepack."

I logged on today - twice (logged out and closed down my pc inbetween) and I haven't received it. I got the 'Holiday Mission #5 Get 1 Headshot' Battlepack. I even earned a standard one just playing the game. But I have yet to receive the one mentioned above.

Any ideas?

The 'offer' is now over and still no Superior Battlepack.

I know it's not the end of the world but it is a bit unprofessional and disrespectful to the gamers to offer something and then not provide it.
