There has been changes to get mother talzin, zombie and spirit shards from an event only to being available in shipments. I paid for packs to get Mother talzin and zombie to 7 stars because it was the only way at the time to get them to 7 stars at a faster rate.  I did state that this would be the only way to get the shards and am upset at that changes made. I there a way we can rectify this situation?

With the current change you do still need to pay for crystals to get Talzin in anything resembling an efficient manner - it's crystals only.  But to your credit it is cheaper to do now, more efficient, and the change happened a touch fast.

Still - it's not like they're F2P farm able - that's not what happened.

I doubt. It shouldn't have to be rectified, since you had the option to buy or not to buy. Let it be a lesson, that anything released in the game, will be available to the F2P gamer eventually.
