New Year's College Player

How do we receive the player the player that easports_mut tweeted about on New Year's Eve? It said to like and retweet for your choice of one New Year's College Limited. I haven't seen any instructions on how to get it. I attached a screen shot of the tweet.

Those cards are Limited Edition and sell for over 500,000 coins on PS4 each.  There is no way they gave them out for free. They would have destroyed the entire MUT market.  It's just another example of EA's inability to properly use the English language.  Because to me, it sure looks like you get one from that tweet.  I'm sure they picked one person randomly to get 1 card.

Let me know if you get one.  I'm still waiting for my $180 back that I spent on Limited Edition Motivator packs, only to have EA make them non-Limited Edition a few days later!
