Need help to get a hold of the studio team

I not happy. I was in the top 1% before the reset. I was cheated out of Chushing. If i had kniw i wasnt still in the top 5% i could of played more to get there. I did play a game after the reset. I should have waste tickets when i was already in the top 1%. Since Oct. 26 i was told from Ea help that they forward my case to the studio team and they done this 3 times. I still haven't heard from them
