Need for progress

Becomes a point where it becomes boring. After level 50 I’m stuck doing nothing now and can’t even add to the house as it says item limit... so now what.

the babies do nothing

even if your sim has a baby with another sim you would never know - if gives you no notifications of others relationships with your sim which would be more interesting multi player wise. 

you cant visit other sims houses even the ones on your friends list is a Birdseye view. But no option to go in with your sim etc. 

There is literally not a lot to do now after level 50 all the other sims games are more deeper than this one please improve it. It’s been ages like years and not much progress I’m sure the team of developers could do much more within the time frames which would boost its popularity and keep people.

It's still a very young game. Hopefully, more content will be added in the future!
You could start building a themed house in the meantime, challenge yourself a bit until the game challenges you again.
