I have a question about exclusive license plates in Need For Speed Payback.

Yesterday i was very surprised. In game i found a exclusive Battlefield 1 license plate.

Question:

How many closed exclusive content in games like Need For Speed Payback, NFS 2015 or Rivals?

I know what Need For Speed Payback have a exclusive license plates like Origin Access license plate or Coca-Cola license plate.

How i can unlock it if i miss it?
