Nba live 19 fouled out error

Hi, i really love to play this nba live 19..but recently i encountered  a slight problem but will affect the realistic basketball gameplay.. I experienced in a shooting foul, a supposedly fouled out player didnt go out to the bench as they should be instantly, instead they remain in the game, until a dead ball, and if there is no dead ball that fouled out player can still play..please fix this..i am looking forward to the next live game that i believe will be much much set the basketball game on console on fire..more power to you all..peace
