I found were it says connected accounts on my account but I do not know how to do it.

In short, you should be prompted to link an account when you start up. If it looks like the wrong email/account is connected, then you can reach out to support to investigate.

First and foremost, thank you for your continued support in trying to resolve these issues!!

I tried to link the EA/Origin account with XBOX, but the instructions just say to startup an EA game and it will link automatically if the same e-mail addresses were used.  The same e-mail addresses WERE used, and the EA/Origin account is NOT linking with the XBOX account.  I can't make a new account because he has an XBOX Gold subscription.  ugh.  Is there anyway to manually link the Origin account with the XBOX Live account?

Thank you again.  This is an extremely frustrating problem to have with such a great game.

Also, to follow up, I am not prompted to link an account when I start an EA game.  It just works.  I started up Plants vs. Zombies and he's able to play online with no issues.

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of visibility on this other than the fairly simple "does this account have a linked Xbox/PS profile". If you reach out to support they can take a closer look at your situation and can hopefully help with a fix or at least a clarification.

I figured it out and the account has to be over 13. I bought the game and cant play multiplayer, great system EA!

I have an account on the xbox one and I am an adult but It will not let me play it says access denied I also tried making an EA account but it didn't work
