Missing my Boxing Day ultimate choice pack players and my Christmas bonus player

I opened this Xmas bonus pack and chose svechnikov and never received him. I then spent money on the Boxing Day ultimate choice pack and received none of my players. 

This happened to me last week in Hut champs as well. 

what is going on?
