Missing Player and Coins

I bought an Azpilicueta for 8,500 coins and won the auction, though he is not in my club, transfer list or in unassigned, but I have lost the coins. Has anyone encountered a similar issue and if so can it be fixed?

 

Weirdly he is in my transfer targets as bought though it is for £nil coins and I cannot add him to my club. It looks like a glitch...

Hey @dan_carrington11 the best thing to do is give it a little time and if it should appear in your club or you do not get the coins back then speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

Hi Darko, I still haven’t received the player or coins and I spoke to an advisor initially who told me to post it on the forum so I’d be going round in circles a bit.

 

Could you suggest an alternative? Will someone from EA look into this for me?
