Marriage Event Missing

On my sims mobile, the event of marriage is missing and I cannot get married despite of a fully leveled romantic story, as well as a completed romantic chapter. I wish if someone can help me. Does it has anything to do with having two fiancé at the same time?

Do you have all the marriage items? Like the wedding arch?

Yeah, I had all of them purchased and set up...

This took me a bit to figure out and I wasn't ready with a full-on wedding party like I wanted. First you have to buy the wedding arch, then walk your Sims around it a bit until it prompts you to get married. You're Sims will immediately change into wedding clothes...I didn't purchase any because I found it by accident and now kinda glad I didn't. The wedding lasts a minute, if that.  I don't know how to do a wedding party, though I've attended others' wedding parties. I might try again with my next generation.
