Madden “Forever” Cards

If i used my “Forever” cards in a elite token set is there any way to ever obtain them again? Will we eventually be able to use training to cover that card? I thought they were only upgradeable to the 96 version and didnt go in a set like a dummy. I’ll be so sad if i messed my Champ up for the whole year ) ;
