Why am I not getting 10% off when I am trying to purchase madden 21 through madden 20?

@_w3_dem_boyz_19 ITS FIXED!!! Just selected the tile and it took me to the psn store. MVP edition is now $80 with EA access discount and loyalty discount.

@_w3_dem_boyz_19 Idk if it's an EA or Playstation issue. Xbox got their additional M21 discount a week ago and it took them straight to the live store.

@_w3_dem_boyz_19Ea is no help. Sent a DM on Twitter. They replied "it is possible if you are not receiving the discount that the offer might be expired, you can always check with the Playstation Store just in case"

How much more generic can they be?

It literally states to get the discount you must use the in game tile. The 10% loyalty discount is not available directly from the PS Store...
