Madden 20 won’t launch

Can anyone tell me why madden 20 will not launch at all when I click play it will load for a brief micro second and then just crash back to the origin launcher. I don’t know why it’s doing that or why it’s happening I just bought the game last night for over 60$ and it’s not working already. Can someone help me idk what to do.

I had that problem. Try unplugging your game controller until it loads.

thank you so much! It worked As soon as I unplugged the PC econtroller the game launched. I didn't play the game fully yet to see if I encountered any other issues but I will later.  I just wanted to see if it would launch and it did.

Can you upload a DxDiag for us so we can look at your PC specs?

Few questions:

• What steps have you already tried in attempt to fix this from your end?
• Do you have a special ascii/non-English character in your Windows User Account name?
• How many friends do you have on your Origin friends list? (related)

I had the same problem with Madden 19, but an update fixed it and I didn't have that problem anymore. Madden 20 is way worse, every other update I can't play for more than a month becuase it crashes at launch. I've contacted EA, did all the * they've told me to do and it still won't work. I have about 113 hours on the game so it works sometimes, but most of the time it won't launch. I've told EA it's NOT my pc...it's your game. I'll never buy Madden on pc through Origin again. Madden is my only Origin game that does this.
