Madden 20 - Tuning data error / update roster error

Are you both able to visit Settings>Manage Files from the in-game menu and delete the roster/profile saves you have, then load up Madden and download the roster?

@EA_Blueberry hi thanks for getting back, just tried that and i have the same error when i load the game. both roster and tuning updates won’t work...

Open up your Origin client and select Origin in the top left corner>Application Settings. For your save files, are they being sent to the same drive?

It could also be a program or anti-virus blocking the download. Try a clean boot and then immediately right-click on the Madden 20 desktop shortcut and run it as administrator.

@IceAlpha37 I’m not even sure I wasted hours looking up posable fixes. I’ve deleted everything and started again. Nothing works: it’s really sad when you sped 60 dollars on a game that doesn’t even work.

@EA_Blueberry i did the clean boot and it’s worked! no more errors when loading the game and i’m finally able to play online!! thank you

@mattacker1998 yes i was the same since the game came out, but try a clean boot on your computer as that’s fixed it for me and now the game is as fun as ever!
