I think it would be a good idea for Madden to release a franchise mode (Historic Dynasty) in which you can take over a team like the 85' Bears, and play the 1985 season and so on, (drafting, acquiring FAs, trades, ect.) as the seasons & off-seasons progress. We already know of the draft classes that have happened in the past (~35 years), this could allow the user to re-write history as they draft and play as real players over the next 30 years of that historic franchise.
I think this could reignite peoples passion to play franchise mode, as everyone a sucker for nostalgia.
