Lost pack today when access to store was down HELP

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I get a lost pack back it’s said access to store was having problems after I open pack got nothing and removed pack 👎👎😠😠

@bazza_owen2006  - The store should be working now so can you check again?

If a pack was opened the contents should be moved to the unassigned section.

If you still can't find it I'd recommend speaking with our game advisers so they can look into this further - https://help.ea.com/uk/
