Bought a player under market value, and the server issues made it not happen

If you had bought a player, and he didn't appear right away, he will appear in your club in 24 hours. If this won't happen, you better contact EA's Customer Support at: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

In order to get in touch with someone via Live Chat or get a call back, follow these steps:

1. Set your country to US;
2. Click on "Help with a Game";
3. Choose your game and platfrom;
4. Then select your topic;
5. Then click on "Select contact option";
6. And now you can choose if you want to contact EA's support through a Live Chat or get a call back from them.
