Llama zoom events maxed out

I about ready to stop playing this game! I am moved on the Llama zone events so am unable to participate in special events. It has been this way for a couple of events. Does EA read these questions?

What do you mean that your llamazoom events are maxed out? They should arrive every 4 hours and I do not think there is a max. Does Emily still arrive at your house? Does it say you are maxed out? Any more details would help show what exactly your problem is and what you mean that you maxed our your llamazoom quests.

Emily comes.  When I click on the button I get the message -  Great news!  We are working on new LlamaZone items.

This has ruined the game for me.

I am just curious, but are you just clicking thru Emily’s Dialogue by touching the screen and 

( NOT Clicking on the  circle with the ❌ ) ?? 

 I’m only asking because this has tripped me up in the past

@4i06yxunnvy0 could you try the suggestion of @katclawsx3? And could you maybe post a screenshot of what you're seeing.
