Lastest Sweet Treat Showdown Event

I have problem at the Sweet Treat Showdown Event, it freezes and close the game everytime I clicked on the "bake it". I can't do any progress anymore on that quest. Very frustrating. Please help.

@SalixCat I'm using an android device. Well, I already tried the basic troubleshooting still the problem exist. So, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but before that I made sure that it got connected to my facebook and EA account. But why can't I to get back to my old account eventhough I already clicked on my max level account? Please help. Getting so frustrated now.

@Genevieve1967 that is not good. If you apparently have lost game progress, you  should contact EA in order to get assistance.

First you will need your player ID. That's the number on the top right corner of your screen when you open the app.

To contact EA Help from the game, open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the Help & About tab and tap on the button Help.
This will open your browser. Scroll down and tap on the button Contact Us.

Now, tap on Technical support and Game progress issues.

Type your Player ID. 

Tap on the button Select contact option.

Scroll down and select Email. This is the best option for your case. Fill in the form and attach screenshots of your game. 

An EA Advisor will email you within 24 hours.

I've managed to get to the point where I have 22 hours to earn 18 royal treat tokens but I'm not sure I'll be able to make it when I only have simoleons to spend. 

Any tips or tricks? I often don't finish all rounds of a challenge because I run out of sugar cubes to use or I get burned by failing a round and have no sim cash to continue.

I've been making my sims play round the clock and strategically using their bonus energy from bed, toilet, shower and bath. And I watch as many ads as the app will let me.

I didnt manage to get so close on the last one, but this is literally down to two royal sweet treats!!

And I'm playing today despite having my wisdom teeth removed!! Crazy!

@Genevieve1967, did you play through the whole tutorial first? You may have to play through the tutorial, then open the sidebar to connect to your FB or EA account again, then the save should pop up!
