Kylo Ren Shards Not Received On 2nd Account - Used Different Device

Greetings,

 

I did not receive the 80 Kylo Ren Shards when logging in to a different device (Chromebook). I meet all the criteria in the Dev  post, but still have not seen the promotion or inbox delivery. Can you please assist with delivering the free shards to Bon Bonzito (ally code: 755285847). 

I share an account on my primary device (Galsxy S8) and did receive the promotion and delivery on the the other account that was logged in earlier in the week.

 

This would be a great gift to build up my Dark Side squads for Territory Battles. Thanks!

This has been solved. I received the 80 crystals after the Character section of the game loaded. Thank you so much for the wonderful gift!
