Just downloaded ea access but can’t play the 10 hour fifa 20 trial?

Is this normal because I downloaded ea access a little late or should it still be okay?

It should be available now to play! Let us know if you run into any issues (try re-downloading the app or power cycle your console if it's still not showing up)

I downloaded ea access today and paid for my monthly membership but when I try and download the trial it says an error has occurred

Are you all able to claim the game from the Xbox or PlayStation website? We're seeing players get around this issue by doing that so it automatically downloads to their consoles. The team is aware of these reports and investigating.

Hi, I am also not able to play. I only manage to play about 30 minutes of it. And quit. And now I cant play using the ea access. Pls help. Thank you.

I also have ea access and downloaded the trial but still comes up with something went wrong and won’t load up the game. Restarted it and took plugs out done the trouble shooting stuff and still won’t load. Any help?
