Isn't Champions placement determined by best league over 3 seasons?

I played in Tiberium league over 2 seasons,

but my next placement of champions blitz is noticed as Diamond league

(I'm in Diamond league now)

Information of Champions told me that placement is based on my best league rank over three seasons.

According to this information, my qualification should be Master league, not Diamond.

Is this system really running correct?
