Counterparts of each factions, defender's advantage, Giga cannon and MLRS doesn't matter in this topic.
They should definitely balance it. I was just citing examples on where GDI's unit is balanced with Nod's version of it. They left the militant out, so maybe in the next patch, they'd include the militant. Wish the same thing can occur to laser/missile squads. Quite under-powered, can't stand to a buggy/rhino. Riflemen now stand a decent chance against some of their counters. They'd probably survive a little longer in the field.
