In recent update, Riflemen's base HP buffed from 120 to 130.
However, there were no balancing with Militant.
With this update, Riflemen's HP and Militant's HP became different.
Balancing make change breakpoint between not onlt rifle vs rifle, also rifle vs militant.
I wanna know that Militant wasn't balanced was INTENDED or OVERSIGHT?

Before the patch, I see that both soldiers just die if they tried attacking each other. Maybe the militants should have a higher DPS to compare to riflemen.

The reason is that NOD must always have the upper hand. Always. That’s why they have the chembuggy too that can wipe out any unit in the GDI barracks while the GDI has none.
That’s why their scorpion tank is faster than GDI’s and can actually be micro-ed better. That’s why their Banshee is tanker than the GDI Orca.
NOD must always be better. It’s by design.

I do hope that with this buff, a defensive riflemen squad can reduce a cyber wheel squad into 2 members before dying. If the riflemen squad was higher, they could completely destroy one.

They should try their best to balance GDI units with their Nod counterparts that in such a way if those 2 units engage in a battle where no one has the defender's advantage, both will end up dying. Before the patch, I tested some units to see if they could die together, as in GDI VS Nod.
Militant, Laser Squad and Flame Troopers end in a tie if they attack their GDI counterparts
A pit-bull dies to an attack bike if a laser squad somehow shot it once.
An MRLS dies to a Giga cannon if it tries to approach it from an angle. (More explaining on this)
Buggies, cyber-wheels, wolverines and cyborgs lose to their GDI/Nod counterpart.
Now more on the Giga cannon; if the MRLS approaches it from a diagonal (the same way on how you deal with scarabs using air units) and sets up next to the Giga cannon, by the time it fires its last missile, it explodes cause of the Giga cannon. By then the last missile kills off the Giga cannon.

I think your discussion is out of topic.
What I wanna talk about was only this.
"Make HP different between riflemen and militant was intended or not?"
Silvercruise and Nivmett's message means "militiant should got same buff with riflemen, but they didn't"
Counterparts of each factions, defender's advantage, Giga cannon and MLRS doesn't matter in this topic.
