Is there a way to make people unable to use mice to play?

It's going to be pointless trying to play without a mouse if it's not possible to disable this somehow. Using a mouse gives such a huge advantage over touch screen controls.

i play on a tiny phone and on my computer. my phone is cracked and broken and i play just as good lol
