No official Garden Warfare 2 Discord server exists unfortunately, hopefully in the future though.

There are several unofficial fan PvZ servers out there that have fairly active users looking to play GW2, though as they're unofficial the quality of interactions with others may vary.

@EA_BlueberryNizar3003 I don't think there is one, but, as much as I know, you're free to create your own PvZGW 2 fan server.
