Is it to late to get access to the early beta for an Xbox user? Say if I had pre ordered it today?

The Beta isn't out yet, so nothing you missed there.

The Beta will be open for everyone even if you wouldn't pre-order.

But if you pre-order BFV, you'll get early access to the Beta + you'll get access to 5 special Weapons for Battlefield 1 right away.
