Is Walnut Hills coming back?

I know Walnut Hills was brought into pvz2 for an event a few months ago but it implied that the map was going to be a permanent addition to the game at the time and it has since disappeared. Does anyone know if they are going to add it to the game again or is it gone for good now? I can't find any information about it.

Walnut hills is in the game, but only on multiplayer severs. If you want to play Walnut hills play turf takeover, you have a good chance of landing in a walnut hills match.

I've tried this several times in the months since the event ended but I guess I can only keep trying. I haven't come across it once yet even after playing for 1+ hours

on what platform you're playing ? on PC it gives it pretty often in TT

Xbox 1, I've tried turf takeover for several rounds today but it never came up. Also isn't available in the private play level selection

It comes up far too frequently for my taste.
