Is EA using "Dynamic difficulty adjustment" DDA in TF2 Multiplayer,

 

I don't suppose for one minute ill get a straight answer from anyone who actually knows, I have played a lot of hours of TF2 and I very strongly suspect there is some type of adjustment being made to my performance in the multiplayer game, aim off target or slowed / movement speed reduced / accruing points reduced etc... its not even subtle any more. and makes the game unplayable frustrating shambles.

@ZomGB I've played a lot of the game too and while I'll have bad games or been outclassed, my experience/performance has been consistent. I'm not even sure what could be adjusted in a multiplayer game outside of the AI enemies, and they stay consistently relatively harmless. 

If you're seeing inconsistency in your performance, you may want to check your connection, ensure you're not experiencing any packed loss or having any local wifi issues.
