Infantry being able to attack air

Previous command and conquer games, as well as other similar game types allow infantryman to attack air. This should be applied to rivals!

They dont even have to do significant damage to air units. Just being able to use them in combination with other units or aggravating enemy air units with them would be a huge game changer.
