Inadverted purchase of Chromium pack [ Edited ]

Thank you for moving the Bronzium pack to the left most position, it saves a lot of time when opening these cards. But the old habit made me buy a Chromium pack accidentally for 350 crystals. Got 10 shards of an Imperial trooper (Magmatrooper) in it.

I wanted to retrieve the 350 crystals I accidentally spent buying this card.

If you contact EA support you should be able to get your purchase back. The devs at CG confirmed that they are refunding players due to the amount of accidental purchases have been made since the QoL adjustment.

I also made this mistake and lost 350 crystals.

Got 8 shards of an Princess Leia in it.

I think they do nothing.

I contact EA two times by this side and via the Customer Service in-game option.

My case has status solved.
