I would run a NOD all infantry deck. 

Fanatics. 

Scavengers. 

Scarabs. 

Flame Troopers. 

Mutants. 

I wouldnt even even need a 6th unit. 😂

Why not run that deck, and then add a Scorpion tank to deal with the Chem Buggies?

You'd still be in big trouble for chem warriors. I'd suggest venom if chem buggies don't exist, scorpion or tick tank otherwise.

@Tstillman24 Yes and no. It would take more than one. One on one, the Buggy still has advantage. Especially if it just rolls buy, sprays and keeps moving. Lol

Even if the chem buggy didn't exist, you still have problems with most air units. Venom, talon, Orca bomber and drone swarms are an issue. Your scavengers can't win. You need a tech unit like zone trooper, confessor or cyborg. Infantry that's not tech have limited options for a decent anti-air. Someone should introduce another unit to fill the gap for infantry units or modify existing ones so they can handle air.
