i had in the fifa 18 commentary just in Arabic and English.

I really want that in fifa 19 I will have all the languages like Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese etc.

so what should I do to get it? 

Which version should I buy?

So it's not generally possible to open up all languages.

Where are you based? If you had Arabic and English before then it's likely those were because of the region you are in. Purchasing from a different region store may cause issues with playing the game, making purchases etc.

As you'll see from that language list there are still some missing so just because you can change the commentary language in-game doesn't mean all will be available as it depends on your location.

In the Playstation Store US, there is no mention of the languages available, while on Playstation UK, it is stated that all languages are available.
