I’ve accidentally put a player into an sbc

the same happened to me but I did it on the companion app and I did not get a warning, I tried to swap the player and the drop down disappeared and I tap the summit button which It did not prompt a confirmation and also it did not prompt a warning as two of the players in the sbc where in my current squad, I do not understand how when the company makes a faulty sbc we get the players back but when the customer do, we get the I am sorry but once summit it we cant retrieve it.

When icompleted the Roy keane  sbc i had my freeze marquinios on the bench  and when i submitted the quad it took marquinios with it i was on the companion app i really need him in my side and iam very dissapointed to lose him in such a stupid way i need him back gamertag is HyperWoodzy on xbox because this is something that im really angry with
