I can't play The One League games. EA Access

Just been drafted and trying to go into my first game for The League and the loading screen is just stuck on and endless loop, I’ve reset my Xbox etc but nothing seems to work. Have used 4 hours of my EA access trial trying to figure this out.

I've found a work around. If you have a headband on take it off.
