I can't find/buy Battlefield 1 at psn Ukraine!?

HI Guys, I simply cannot find/ buy the game at psn, i know that EA says that the disk is available in Ukraine, but i need to buy it via psn (digital version) (disk version is russian), EA have started to put back some games like FIFA 18 but why Battlefield 1 is still blocked there. the more important: When it will be available back there?
