I am transfer banned does it carry over to Fifa 20

i was transfer market banned in fifa 19 and i cannot acces fut 20 web, it says i need to play games to unlock. am i still banned or is it a glitch for some people? @EA_Cade

You will have full access to the market on the console. You'll only need to unlock access to the Web and Companion apps.
